Terms of Use

The Buyer must inspect all Products upon delivery and report any visible damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery. If no notice is provided, the Products are considered accepted.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations. For COD orders, amounts must be paid at delivery.

Mohoda offers product-specific warranties, each with its own terms and duration. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item according to the applicable warranty.

All prices are set according to Mohoda’s current standard rates at the time of order. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Buyers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations are not accepted.

Mohoda does not accept product returns. All sales are final once delivered and accepted.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
